J'ai acheté ce matin via internet un Adobe PDF Pack (paiement mensuel par CD pour 8.99€). Il m'est impossible de télécharger le produit, je suis systématiquement ramenée à une page me demandant de l'acheter à nouveau. Je veux résilier cet achat, comment faire sachant que vous n'êtes pas joignables par mail?

    You need not install anything to use Adobe PDF Pack, You can use its web interface through any browser, Please visit this Link to access Adobe PDF service : cloud.acrobat.com

    As Rahul writes, you don't need to download anything; you can use the PDF Pack through the web interface or with Adobe/Acrobat Reader.

    It takes a few days until such orders are processed - nobody knows why.  To cancel: Annulation de votre abonnement | Acrobat, services en ligne Acrobat.com
