J'ai payé 24,54 € le 10/4 pour exporter des pdf et votre service ne fonctionne pas et me dit que je ne suis pas abonnée à ce service

Hi Sara,

No I can’t access to export pdf, they always ask me to pay for an access . But I already paid since 10/4.

The service does not work.

Could you please help me or give my money back ?

Hi nadiab,

Are you able to access ExportPDF via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf <https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf>? If you are, but can't access via Reader, please log out of Reader and then log back in.
