Je n'arrive pas à joindre le chat pour annuler mon abonnement, le seul moment ou je peux être sur ce chat est de 13h00 à 13h30 (comme beaucoup de gens) et donc il n'y a pas d'opératuers. Une adresse mail ça ne serait pas plus simple ?

You can actually cancel that yourself by following the steps in this document: Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services. If you run into trouble, please let us know, and we can help you cancel your subscription.

    Hi,

     

    I cannot cancel my test subscriptions on Indesign or Acrobat since the cancel button does not apear as indicated in the tutorial and the online chat is closed since yesterday afternoon. Adobe has since tried to charge my card for the 17,99€ and 23,99€. Please cancel the subscription, since I have no use for the applications now. thanks.
