je viens de m'abonner à ExportPDF pour convertir des pdf en word le 05/03/2015 13:41 paiement par CB 24 € et je n'ai pas d'acces à cette fonction je n'ai jamais demandé de cloud

Je suis également une issue utilisant ExportPDF. Je obtiens un message d'erreur "Une erreur se est produite tout en essayant d'accéder au service".

It sounds like you're trying to access ExportPDF from within Reader. The error you report occurs in the current version of Reader. Please try logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using a supported web browser (System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services). You should be able to access the service that way.

The cloud wants me to upgrade to AdobePDF pack. I just simply need to convert 1 pdf document and the service is not working within the reader any other ways to convert my file?
