joined cloud, want to export PDF, keeps asking me to subscribe?

how do you upload the file? I have already tried opening and converting the doc from the saved version. The PDF does not populate in any previously saved files. The program recognizes that i have purchased the PDF export but i cannot access files without it asking me to subscribe

Hi kristenf49677865,

As I was able to understand the issue, you have subscribed to Adobe Export PDF but when trying to use the service, it asks you to subscribe again, is that correct?

Could you please confirm if you are logged into the service by clicking Sign in at the top-right corner of the screen as described in the link below?

If using Acrobat Reader to Export PDF, click Sign in at the top-right corner of the screen and login with your Adobe credentials.
