Just bought PDF pack, still unable to create PDFs

Does adobe not have regular customer service like normal companies?

So I need to create a PDF from a powerpoint for work. Bought the $69 service went to create PDF from the selected presentation and SURPRISE! Error messages! I am wasting my morning trying to figure this out!!!!!!!!!!
