Hi stephen32143298,

To find a file that you've converted to Word using ExportPDF, log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. Find the file that you want to edit, select it, and click Download. The file will download to your computer (usually to the Downloads folder), and  then you can open and edit it in Word.
