I just purchased Acrobat Pro DC and it wont download?

As you have subscribed for the Adobe Acrobat DC subscription, so could you please confirm from where you have been trying to download the product and what is the operating system you are working on?

You may try the following link to to download the Acrobat DC- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

If you you are working on Windows computer, then you may run the cleaner tool firs and then try downloading again.

Also, let us know the exact steps that you followed.
