Just Paid for service- Need to convert from pdf to Word

Since there is a size limit to upload and convert files that are up to 100 MB. So there is a possibility that the size of the file is causing problem here.

As its a large number of pages which might be exceeding the limit. So please check with a different file for testing purpose and see if that converts.

For "Buy Now" message you may check the following steps suggested below-

I assume that the Export pdf tool that you have been using was through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
