Please see above....what am I doing wrong? Bought subscriprion for one year to be able to convert PDF to Word, etc. I sign in ok, select "word" and click "convert: it always gives me an error message....WHY?????

As per the issue description mentioned above you are getting an error message when trying to convert pdf to word, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Export PDF.
Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered. You may also see the help document for detailed description: FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud
Could you let us know the complete error message you are getting when trying to convert pdf to word?
Are you using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to convert pdf to word?
