just trying to report an apparent bug ... I received the following when logging out of PDF:

Request Entity Too Large

/public/xsignout

does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Hi daleb,

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for export pdf.

Could you share more info on the issue you are facing? Are you getting this error when trying to use export pdf?

It seems you are using a web browser to export pdf. Try using a different web browser for export pdf services and check if you are getting the same error.

Also, let us know the web browser you are using for export pdf?

I was using Chrome. I just failed to reproduce the problem.

Hi Daleb,

Sorry for the delay in reply to your further response. As suggested, have you tried with a different web browser?

If not, then you must try once. Or check with the desktop application Reader DC. Download Acrobat Reader DC and check through that- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
