Acrobat DC fungerar perfekt ända tills jag skall skriva ut. Då stängs programmet ner.

Hi Maudb,

As per the description above, Acrobat Pro DC is crashing when you try to print any PDF file, Is that correct?

Try to disable protected mode, Open Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Protected View>off

Is this does not help, try the following steps:

1- Run as administrator- right-click Acrobat DC shortcut and select Run as administrator, then try printing .

2- Change Compatibility setting- under Acrobat DC shortcut>right-click>Properties.

Compatibility tab>check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows 7 from the drop-down options, Click Apply and relaunch Acrobat and try to print.

3- If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat by clicking "Repair Installation" under the  Help menu.

You may also refer to the following link for more troubleshooting steps: Fix PDF printing crash in Adobe Reader 10.1.2 on Windows  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/pdf-wont-print-reader-10.html

** Note: steps are same for Reader and Acrobat DC.

Please confirm the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machine from Help>About Acrobat.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
