kann pdf.nicht speichern

Question

Habe win10pro, adobe reader dc und open office.

leider kann ich pdf.`s nicht speichern. Die Sanduhr läuft und läuft.

You have mentioned you are using Reader DC. If you are using Reader DC, Reader is free of cost application. It has nothing to do with a word directly. It won't allow you to save a word document to PDF unless you have subscribed to PDF services.

If you are using Acrobat Pro DC, then this need to be checked. If you launch Acrobat, go to File Menu > Create > PDF from File. Browse for word document and then try to convert following the onscreen instructions.
