Hi jfcobb999,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble converting files. Are you converting via the web interface, or through Adobe Reader? Do you have a large number of files in the root folder of your Files list on Acrobat.com?

Let's try these things for starters:

  • Clear the browser cache and try again.
  • Use a different browser.
  • Make sure that Reader is up-to-date by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
  • If you have a large number of files stored on Acrobat.com, move some of them into a subfolder.

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara

All,

I had a similar problem with the Acrobat application rather than the browser.  It sade that I had exceeded the on-line storage limit. I removed all files from the on-line account, but it kept giving an error.  I closed and reopened the application.  This must have cleared some variable in memory because it then worked.

If you have problems, you can always try the free online services from other companies.  They are almost as good.  Plus they do not limit you to just Word and Excel. They will also export to .pptx.
