La conversion en word se fait mal

As per the description above, the conversion of a PDF file into Word is bad, Is that correct?

Please refer the KB doc for more information Text is garbled in converted file | ExportPDF

Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF file? Have you tried with another PDF file converting into a Word and checked the quality?

Please use a different browser to export the PDF into Word like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

For more troubleshooting, you may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
