When converting odf to text there is only a limited language of choice.  I would expect it to have been for all languages? Currently the pdfs are exported faulty.

    Hi

    When you select OCR to recognize scanned images PDF files we support 7 languages in ExportPDF service.

    If PDF files is not scanned images file then we support multiple languages.

    When you use Acrobat XI Pro we support over 40 languages for OCR to recognize the scanned images PDF files.  Please download Acrobat XI Pro Trial version from www.acrobat.com or you can upgrade your subscription to Acrobat Plus (please see more informaiton at https://www.acrobat.com/acrobatplus/en/home.html?trackingid=JPZKR).
