Le texte pdf en doc

Bonjour et merci de votre réponse,

Oui, il s'agit d'un livre en pdf .. que je désirais enregistrer en word pour en extraire des passages.

Je viens d'essayer encore .. le résultat est toujours impossible, quel que soit mon choix. Je vous joins un exemple quand je demande un document texte .. les autres choix sont de la même teneur ou impossible.

C'est peut être parce que la première page est composée d'une image.

Dans ce cas comment faire pour l'ôter ?
