Bonjour,

je me suis abonné au cloud pour acrobat pro XI en octobre. Mais je ne l'ai installé que maintenant... et il ne veut pas se lancer.

Pourquoi ?

    Hi raphio75,

    Can you please tell us what happens when you try to install Acrobat? Do you get an error? Are you installing on Mac OS or Windows?

    Hi Sarah

    I had 2 times an error message due to my web connexion (cut for a few seconds) and the installation stop and restart (not from the begining, just followed).

    Installing on Mac OS yosemite

    shall I re-install ?
