Licencing help!

We purchased a year long license for Acrobat XI Pro and I am not being prompted to enter the Serial number to continue my license. I don't have a serial number either on my account in adobe.com or on the email receipt for the original purchase. What am I supposed to do?

Hi Sharchs,

I looked at your account and see that you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription on July 15. Your subscription doesn't require a serial number, so you should be able to log in and use your software. What happens when you log in with your Adobe ID and password?
