License expiring

License expiring. Says expires 1/12/2021 but has already stopped. Cannot use product/files saved.

Don't know what type account I have. This is on my desktop computer. I have Adobe Acrobat 9 standard software. Please help.

Acrobat 9 does not have a subscription-based license and therefore shouldn't expire. It is extremely old, though, and it might not be possible to activate it any longer. It's certainly not compatible with any current operating system.
