Link to a specific page of another pdf file

Olá!

Eu gostaria de saber como faço para criar um link para que ao clicar nele seja aberto outro arquivo pdf em uma página específica.

Eu consigo criar o link para abrir o outro pdf, mas gostaria que o novo pdf abrisse em uma página específica (ex: pág 10).

It's not really possible to do that and have it work 100% of the time. Adobe has its own syntax for doing it (just add &page=x to the end of the URL), but there's no guarantee any browsers will implement it if you open the file in them, not using the Adobe plugin.
