loading gets stuck at 25%,how do i fix this?

i am studying the new healthcare reform act. after modules there is a quiz, it starts loading until it hits 25% then just stays there. i have tried several times to reload. shut down computer, rebooted, i have no clue what to do or how to do it. can anyone help?
