Located in Australia - cannot download mobile app for "fill an sign app"

Hello,

We have an an account that we pay for monthly, and require to use the fill anf sign app which will allow me to send docs to tradies for review and signature.

I requested the link from the adobe desktop to be sent to my mobile and when we click on the link, we receive this message - App not available, This app is currently not available in your country or region? 

Anyone else had to the same issue but also have a solution to fix?
