I have just upgraded my Adobe Reader to allow me to convert Adobe files to Excel, i sign in using my log in details and password, the screen shows in the top corner that i am logged in, when i add the file to convert it comes up with a dialogue box saying the following -

An error occurred when logging in

It does not tell me what the error is or how to fix it?

Really stumped

Hi,

Could you try these steps to alleviate the access issue you're having:

  • Choose Edit > Preferences (Win) or Adobe Reader > Preferences (Mac)
  • Click 'Online Services' on the left-hand side
  • Sign out of our Adobe ID and sign back in.
  • Try to convert your document again.

If you continue to have trouble, please verify that you can access the service via the web interface.  To do this:

Let us know if you're still having trouble and we'll try to help!

Hi Nakul

Thank you for your prompt response, when I try the first suggestion the screen will not give me the option of signing either in or out as it is grayed out and if I try to log in on the Adobe Reader home screen I get the original message telling me an error occurred when trying to log in..

When trying the link to verify access I get the following message - File not found 404

Regards
