Looking to include a WORKING spreadsheet in a PDF (designed in InDesign).

I have a simple spreadsheet that I want to be interactive with this clalletral. E.G. I would like people to plug their own numbers in so they can see their own ROI if they choose our product & service. Possible?

You can use form fields for it, but there's no concept of a "spreadsheet" in PDF files. Each field ("cell") exists on its own.
