Lost cloud documents

I recently replaced my iPad mini 4 for an iPadPro, and in doing so, I can no longer access the articles I saved in the Cloud.  The articles are saved on my Macbook, but the two articles I added last night did not sync.

Please advise me how this matter can be resolved.
