Lost Data from Document Cloud

I saved numerous documents on my iPhone in document cloud of the acrobate reader. When I connected with my Acrobate Account on my PC (Adobe Acrobate Pro DC) I could not see the files anymore neither on my iPhone not on my Adobe Acrobate Pro DC on my laptop.

Did anyone experience simlar problems? Are the data lost or simple not visible?

Any suggestion is highly welcome!
