Lost documents

Hi! In the earlier ios i had some documents in adobe; now with the new ios, there are gone!! How can i recover them?@

    Hi stephysv,

    Do I understand correctly that you have the Adobe Reader mobile app, and have recently upgraded the iOS on your phone or tablet? Doing so should not have harmed any files that you stored in an Acrobat.com account.

    What happens when you log in to your Acrobat.com from a desktop or laptop computer? Do you see your files then?

    If I'm misunderstanding the problem, please let me know. We'll get to the bottom of this!
