lost files

i use to have a free account with acrobat and i store my files on line but once i start paying my files disappear and can't find them, i will like to recover them

Hi j.jara,Your files should remain in your Acrobat.com online account until you delete them. If you haven't deleted them, but you don't see them when you're logged in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files, then please clear the browser cache and log back in. Please let us know how it goes.Best,Sara
