Lost Formatting in converted document

I just subscribed to this program in order to convert my .pdf file into word.  It converted it but it lost all of its formatting.  Frankly, I could have done that without paying for a subscription.  How can I fix this?  This is exactly what this service was supposed to do.  Oh, and is there any chat or contact us or anything for this product?
