Lost PDF conversion on Android App since Upgrade from Adobe PDF Pack to Adobe Creative Cloud

I'm refering to thread

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1634800

where I've been suggested to move my complain to this forum.

However within short:

I've upgraded fromAdobe PDF Pack to Creative Cloud. ADOBE Homepage offers with Creative Cloud the Package Acobat Pro XI which itself contains Mobile features like PDF-conversion.

Before licence upgrade PDF conversion worked quite well, now I shall pay again. But I think that such features are covered by Creative Cloud already.

Chat calls could not help, I've had two of them already. That issue is said to be covered in a forum only.

Hi Buegler,

I've read through the post you referenced. That blurb on the Acrobat XI product page is referring to the Acrobat.com online services (thought I agree that's not obvious). You need to install the Reader mobile app on your Android device, and then you'll be able to access those services.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Hello Sara,

thank you for your response to my questions. First of all I'm glad to notice some evidence about mobile functions should be activated for me along with my active Cloud licence. Does that really hold true or is that a subjective assumption as I have had and still ae having.

Refering to acrobat.com (which should be activated by your opinion; via Internet browser, e.g. run on Windows 8) those PDF mobile features aren't activated for my user and I get asked for buy a licence.

Additionally, I reinstalled Adobe reader from Google Play on two different Androoid devices (Samsung Note N7000 and N8000), but there also nothing has changed.

As if activation is missing in the background due to a specific constellation: e.g. having two licences run overlapping (Adobe PDF PACK as well as Creative Cloud), at the end of Adobe PDF Pack licence system hasn't considered that Creative Cloud is still active and contains mobile functions indirectly (Creative Pack -> module Acrobat Pro XI -> acrobat.com mobility options).

Unfortunatelly on Adobe Chat no one feels resonsible for such issues. Chat sessions got interrupted two times within short and now I'm forced to spend plenty of time on trying to find out whether something is wrong at Adobe side or I'm wrong asssuming that mobile functions are part of my licenced package.

However, thanks to the forum members doing their best.
