Maintaing formatting when converting pdf to word

I am trying to convert a pdf document (with signatures) into a word document.  When the pdf is converted into word the signatures are translated into different icons, rather than the original signatures.  How can I keep the formatting of the original pdf - along with the signatures, when converting into a word document?
