Making a fillable document

Hello,

I am trying to make a form in PDF format where only the anwers are fillable. Please help!

You should be able to do this with Adobe Acrobat XI or Adobe FormsCentral. What program(s) are you trying to do it with?

I believe I am using the wrong program. I am using Adobe Reader X.

Adobe Reader is for viewing, not creating, PDF files. To create a form, you can use either Adobe Acrobat XI or Adobe FormsCentral.
