March update failure

Got an error indicating my operating system or browser was no longer supported and it sent me to a webpage indicating that I needed to install the March updates.  I downloaded both the 32 and 64 bit updates, but Windows 11 gave me an installer error that the file to be updated was not present on my system or was not accessible.  What next?

Evidently, my Acrobat is up-to-date; probably why it wouldn't update further.  Thanks.
