i purchased an advanced version of acrobat for pdf.  suddendly i could not open any pdf acrobat files. i had to download a free/ inferior version of acrobat to open pdf files. how can i get my purchased version back on to my pc?

    Hi margar2831,

    What is the version of Acrobat you have purchased. While installing or during launch of Acrobat  new version you purchased did you receive any error messages.

    Also provide us the details of your computer is it windows 7, 8.0 or 8.1.
