Marking and comment in PDF. Comments are gone

Question

HiI have made markers and comment in the document. All the markers änd comments are gone but I can see my markers in the miniature piqtures to the right and when I print I can see the markers but no comments.

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a particular PDF. As mentioned, you can see the marker in the miniature. Could you please share the screenshot of how they appear?

It would be helpful if you could share the PDF on which the issue occurs.
