How do i access my previously saved message templates from adobe sign after switching to document cloud?

Hi Amandar,

By logging into Document Cloud web page Adobe Document Cloud  , you can switch to the Adobe Sign dashboard by clicking on radio button "Manage Sign Manage".

Once done, you can follow the instruction given in the help article and access your library templates: How to Download a Library Template | Adobe Sign
