I have paid for the PDF Converter (Adobe Export PDF) and every time I sign in to try to convert a document it asks me to pay again. Frustrating b/c I have probably overpaid time and again just to get access. I have a receipt that shows I last paid a one year subscription on 4/28/18. Funny when you go to support on this particular issue, I get a 404 on the page. I don't think they give a crap about customers that pay them $24 a year. Are there any other solutions people are aware of to solve this requirement?

Well  I figured it out on my own. I closed all my browser windows, logged out, logged back in, and it allows you to use your subscription
