Missing Cloud Files

‌I loaded files into the cloud, but when I open the cloud on another device they're not there. How can I find them?

Hi Wendy,

Please make sure that your have logged in using the same Adobe ID on your other device too.

File cannot go missing unless they have been deleted or not been uploaded correctly.
