Missing Documents in Adobe Online

  4. Expected Result: To view a list of documents created and/or organized in separate folders
  5. Actual Result: Being navigated to a blank page, with only a navigation bar on the lefthand side.

 

Last week (July 17, 2023), all of my documents were available, along with the folders I had organized them in when I navigated to the "Documents" portal in Acrobat Online. When I logged in this Monday, though, all documents appear to be gone. When I clicked on "Documents," I was led to a blank page, with only the navigation bar on the left hand side. All of my e-templates still exist, my signed documents and webforms are functioning as usual. I am only missing the individual documents and am unable to load new documents. 

 

I have never used creative cloud, but I did search there for my docs, and they are not there, either.

As mentioned, your documents do not appear on the Adobe Acrobat Online account. Please confirm if they appear when accessing Adobe Cloud Storage on the desktop application.

 

Please ensure that you have signed in on the correct account. Try the new incognito window on Chrome to sign in to your Acrobat Online account. Check if that makes any difference. 

 

If the issue persists, private message your Adobe ID (email address). You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
