Money withdrawal with no permission

Hello, 

 

In December, I activated a 7 days trial to try Adobe Acrobat Pro and the payment was then activated for the first month. I tried so many times to find on my account the way to cancel the program, not being interested in keeping it. But in my account, under "plans", it seems that I have no activated ones, nor products purchased...so no possibility to cancel this product. A second withdrawal has been done tonight, and I am very angry because I have no possibility to cancel it. 

How can I cancel this product and obtain a refund for this month I do not want to have, but have no way to cancel it?

Please check the source of this payment and block it immediately.
