Monthly or annual prescriptions

I keep getting messages that my subscription would I like to subscribe and I did for the month, but when I tried to pay i get the message that I have already subscribed for the year.  Which one do I have the monthly payments or annual?

    Hi rondab2014,

    You actually have two subscriptions. One for ExportPDF (billed annually) and one for Acrobat Pro (billed monthly). With Acrobat, there's no need for the ExportPDF subscription. If you'd like to cancel it, please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.
