need to move acrobat package to another pc...read lots...still can't figure out how to get it work on the new pc

As per your account description it seems that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack services. If I understand correctly you are trying to transfer this service to one of the other computer?
Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.
