MP4 send
How do you send a large MP4 file(255MB) via Adobe Send? I have tried several times today (previously never having had issues before), and only get a vague responses of "There has been an error:" Any help would be appreciated.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to send an MP4 file using Adobe Send, is that correct?
Try sending the file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/send on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader DC and facing this issue, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader using your current Adobe ID, and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine and try sending the file again.
