Re  ADOBE Acrobat Xl PRO

Downloaded  ”Acrobat Xl PRO” on November 12th 2014 – AD00541429293.
Cancelled the Subscribtion on November 15th/16th 2014, as I do not have the skills to use the product.
ADOBE has withdrawn DKR 137,76 twice from my account in spite of the cancellation.
Have tried three times to cancel in my “ADOBE-account”, but it seems to be impossible.

On January 16th I called your Phone No. twice. Was put through to your “Cancellation Department and waited for 45 minutes, but the cennection was interrupted.

I have asked for an answer – and still do so – to my e-mail adress: thorleif@post.tele.dk.
I have asked my bank to block the withdrawal further on.
