Multiple PDF Issue

Good Day

I have a user experiencing Issues opening multiple PDF Documents from the Server.

User Can open multiple documents from the Laptop.

We remove "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" and it's working but my Settings are on "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" and I have no issues.

Can you please advise on Issue.

    As the scenario explained above, the user is experiencing problem while accessing the pdfs from server and with no protected mode at startup user can access the pdf files with no issue?

    Could you confirm the exact version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat you are working on? Open Acrobat >Help>About Acrobat
