must pay my renewal

I received an email saying my credit card info might have to be updated to facilitate a renewal.

I logged in a few days past the renewal date.

Credit card info was fine.

nothing to update.

The credit card had and has room for the charge.

Can't see how the payment will be made. (cause it's to be automatically collected on Jan 16th)

can you help me finish the payment?

    Hi vlogogzar,

    I've checked your account, and don't see any messages regarding payment not processing--though the last monthly charge for your Acrobat Pro subscription was processed on December 16, and I don't see the change for this month yet. Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent help you make sure that this month's payment processes.
