hi, im really hoping someone can help with this one! i was a university student and had an adobe account paid for by the university. Using this account, I made a website on adobe portfolio, and I can't access this anymore as my account plan expired when I left university.

Is there a way i can transfer this portfolio/website over to my new adobe account?

thanks!

Hi Jingyi Gu,

Thank you for reaching out.

If your account has expired, you will still be able to access the Acrobat Online account. You may try to sign in using your Adobe ID and password on the following page: https://adobe.ly/4e6f6gu

However, if the account has been deleted, then nothing can be done.

Please refer to the information under the "Storage and Cloud services" in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3Yu36jf

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
