My Adobe Acrobat XI Pro cannot open "Create Form" feature. It prompts me error that lockpdfu.dll cannot load. Kindly advise.

    What is your Acrobat XI version?  If less than 11.0.09, try updating to that version.

    If that does not solve the problem, I suggest that you ask in the appropriate Acrobat forum.
