my adobe converter has stopped working ?

it keeps giving me an error when i try to convert files ?

    Hi bestwell,

    What is the error that you're receiving when you try to convert files?

    Please try these things for starters:

    • Clear the browser cache and try again.
    • Use a different web browser.
    • If you have a large number of files in the root folder of your Acrobat.com account, move some of those files into a subfolder. (The New Folder icon is in the upper-right corner.)
    • If you're using the service via Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.

    I have tried everything you suggested but my files are still failing to convert ?

    What is the error that you're receiving? Is it "An error occurred when trying to access..."?

    Do you have a large number of files stored in the root folder of your Acrobat.com account? If so, try moving some of them into a subfolder and then try converting again.
